Andolyn Medina is a 25-year-old doctoral candidate and daughter of two Naval officers. She followed in their footsteps in 2019, and will be promoted to the rank of Lieutenant, in 2023.

​Andolyn is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc and a 2x alumna of George Washington University, where she obtained her M.A in Forensic Psychology and M.Psy in Clinical Psychology. In addition to coursework, Andolyn sees patients and is a licensed therapist in DC and Virginia. In her spare time, she enjoys playing with her puppy, Knowles, exercising on Peloton, and volunteering with FAIR Girls, where she combats Human Trafficking.

Andolyn will be competing for the title of
Miss America 2022 at the Mohegan Sun Arena
in December 2021. Competition dates and ticket information coming soon.
